We are a group of passionate Nepali student developers who are gamers ourselves, creating this platform with love for the gaming community.

Level: eSport Matchmaking is a comprehensive platform specifically designed to connect gamers and provide them with opportunities to practice their skills, compete against others, and participate in organized tournaments across multiple popular games. Our Service currently supports competitive matches in Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Chess, and eFootball, with plans to expand our game library based on user demand and community feedback.

Our "services" refer to the Level: eSport Matchmaking app, available on mobile devices. The app lets players create and join matches for free. We also feature official tournaments that are exclusively organized and managed by our administrative team, providing premium competitive experiences that are completely free to enter and intended purely for entertainment purposes.

When you create an account with Level: eSport Matchmaking, we collect your full name and email address through our supported third-party authentication providers. We support Google OAuth authentication, which is available across all platforms and devices where our Service is accessible. For users accessing our Service through iOS devices, we also support Sign in with Apple, Apple's proprietary authentication service.

You have the option to provide a profile picture to personalize your account. This is optional and not required to use our Service. All profile images must be appropriate and free from sensitive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

To enable match creation and participation, we collect specific game-related details including your in-game unique identifier (UID), game username, current game level, rating, and match history across supported games (Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Chess, and eFootball). We use this information for fair matchmaking, skill verification, and maintaining competitive integrity.

We collect and store notification tokens through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you important notifications about match updates, challenges, and tournament announcements. We also implement caching mechanisms to improve app performance and enable offline access to certain features.

We want to be absolutely clear about the limits of our data collection. We do not collect device identifiers, browsing history, cookies, location data, or any other unrelated personal information. Our app is designed to respect your privacy, and we only collect the information that is strictly required to provide the core functionality of creating, joining, and participating in eSport practice matches.

We use the data we collect solely to provide and enhance Level: eSport Matchmaking services, ensuring a seamless and fair experience for all users. The information you provide allows us to create and maintain your account, display your game profile for fair matchmaking, send important notifications about match updates and tournaments, and manage official competitions organized by our administrative team.

On a technical level, we analyze certain data to improve app performance, guarantee fair play through our match verification system, maintain the integrity of our leaderboards, and prevent fraudulent activity across the platform.

We retain your information only for as long as it is necessary to provide Level: eSport Matchmaking services and support your account. We are committed to a transparent and secure deletion process that complies with international privacy standards. When you choose to delete your account, we permanently and irrevocably erase your personal data from our systems.

You can remove your data by using the account deletion feature available directly within the app, or by sending an email request to support@level.com.np. To help us verify your identity and process your request securely and promptly, please include your account details in the email.
